Vessel tracking data from Kpler show that Iran has exported the first crude oil cargo from its Jask oil terminal located outside the Strait of Hormuz. The 2mn barrel cargo loaded 30 September on the Dune VLCC of National Iranian Oil Tankers Co (NIOTC), and is now in the Malaysia-Singapore East Outside Port Limits (EOPL) lightering area where it will most likely offload its cargo through a ship-to-ship (STS) transfer.
Jask receives crude via a 1,000km pipeline from Goureh in Bushehr province which has a nominal capacity of 1mn b/d, with Jask slated to have an ultimate loading capacity of 2mn b/d via three SPMs. (CONTINUED - 307 WORDS)
