Libya’s NOC says output of crude and condensate hit 1.374mn b/d on 13 November. With NOC’s recent daily output stats all above 1.36mn b/d, they imply output of over 1.3mn b/d for crude alone, putting November on pace to comfortably top the 11-year high figure of 1.24mn b/d hit in July (MEES, 2 August).
This comes as drilling activity picks up pace, with NOC last month announcing the start of long-stalled exploration drilling campaigns from both Eni/BP and OMV (MEES, 1 November). (CONTINUED - 798 WORDS)
